Joy Summer - Nursery Teacher

Joy has worked in Early Years education for 16 years. Joy has a passion for making sure all children have a well rounded, happy and positive experience in their early years education.


Early Years Professional Status (Teacher)

Level 6 Degree in Early Childhood Development

Trained fully in special educational needs and Safeguarding children

Specialises in Communication and language development.

Alexandra Brazier - Administration Officer

Alex has held a number of Managerial and Administrative positions during her career and joins Morehall Nursery after leaving Saga Holidays where she worked for 16 years. Alex has a passion for processes and communication and with Morehall Nursery being a relatively new setting is enjoying building and being part of a new and exciting chapter at Morehall Primary and the wider Turner Academy Trust.

Sarah Hammond - Nursery Assistant

Sarah has worked in Early Education for 20+ years! Sarah loves to be part of and inspire young children in their early development and learning journey and finds this is incredibly rewarding. No two days are the same and Sarah thrives on the challenges that working in a nursery setting inevitably brings.

Leni Lanza - Nursery Assistant

Leni started her career as a Primary School Teacher abroad. While being a full time mum to 2 boys and studying for a number of years, Leni gained her qualifications and voluntary experience in Early Years. Leni believes that nurseries should provide a ‘home from home’ environment for every child where they can enjoy fun activities, stimulating experiences and create precious memories.

Kira Arber - Nursery Assistant Apprentice

Kira joined the Morehall Nursery Team in September for work experience placement and was studying Health and Social Care at Canterbury College. Kira enjoyed her time so much at Morehall Nursery and we loved having her as part of our team. Kira has since decided to stay and study NVQ Level 3 in Early Years, and we are delighted that she has joined us on a permanent basis as our new apprentice! Kira loves watching the children's personalities grow and shine and all of the children love being with her - she is an absolute natural!.
