How to Report a Concern in Kent
Immediate Danger: If the child is in immediate danger, always call 999 for the emergency services.
General Concerns (KCC): Call the Kent County Council (KCC) Central Duty Team at 03000 411 111 (Text Relay: 18001 03000 411 111).
Online: Submit a request for support form directly via the Kent Children's Portal.
Out of Hours: If it is outside of regular working hours, call the Emergency Out of Hours Service at 03000 419 191.
