Morehall Wrap Around Care - Breakfast Club and MASH (our after-school childcare provision)

Booking:

• Bookings for Breakfast Club and MASH must be made online via the My Child At School (MCAS) app. MASH sessions must be paid for in advance. Please note that from September 2026, the charges apply to MASH only; Breakfast Club is free. 

• Bookings must be completed at least 7 days before the required session.

• If a booking has not been made, and the school office has not been informed, you will be called to collect your child at the end of the school day (15:15).

If your child attends a teacher-led after-school club and needs to stay at MASH until 18:00, please select  – Full after club MASH Session 16:15–18:00 (FAC) when booking.

To amend or cancel a booking, please make the changes via the app at least 48 hours in advance. Changes after this time will still be charged.  Refunds will not be given for any sessions your child does not attend that you have not given us prior notice of.

Payment:

• Payment is made via the My Child At School (MCAS) app. This is a paperless system, so invoices and statements are not generated.

• Parents are encouraged to check MCAS weekly to monitor and settle any outstanding balances and to make bookings.

• The school office is happy to help with any financial queries, including full weekly or termly costs.

Payment Deadlines:

• All wraparound fees must be paid in advance through the MCAS app.
  
  

• Failure to clear outstanding balances by the first day of the following term will result in immediate withdrawal of the provision until the debt is cleared.

Late Collection Policy:

• A £5.00 fine will be added to your account if your child is collected after their booked session end time (either 16:15 or 18:00).
  
  

• Please arrange for a friend or family member to collect your child if you are running late and inform the MASH team of any alternative arrangements.

Costs from September 2026:

Breakfast Club: Free   - 8:00 - 8:30 

Half MASH session: £5.00   - 15:15 - 16:15

After Club MASH session: £7.00   - 16:15 - 18:00

Full MASH session: £12.00   - 15:15 - 18:00 

Early Pick-up:

If you need to collect your child before the usual pick-up times (16:15 or 18:00), please call the MASH number: 01304 272366.

Food at MASH:

Children staying at MASH until 18:00 will receive a light meal, which includes a variety of hot and cold options, followed by fruit, yogurt or a biscuit.

Breakfast Club:

Our Breakfast Club runs from 8am until 8:30am each day. Children must arrive by 8:10am in order to attend, this is to ensure there is time for the children to eat before it is time to go to class.

The children can enjoy breakfast ranging from toast with jam/butter, cereal, milk and juice.
